Tinduino is a low cost choice over other mini arduino compatible boards. By removing the USB to Serial converter, unnessary crystals, LED, the use of larger SMD electrical compounts can also reduce the production cost.
Tinduino core unit -- AVR Attiny24/44 featured a built in 8Mhz crystal oscillator. However, by burning another fuse we provided, you can over clock Tinduino by adding an external crystal oscillator up to 20Mhz!
